Leading people and organizations through reform efforts and growth agendas has been Debra’s hallmark over the last 35 years. She formed Avvantt Partners LLC with the goal of assisting communities and institutions with making positive public policy changes and to improve their position in the community whether it be a transit agency, university, business or not-for-profit.
